Alexandra is the former Head of U.S. Patent Litigation at Sandoz and has more than 10-years of large law firm experience from Goodwin Procter, LLP and Pennie & Edmonds LLP. Alexandra has experience with all aspects of patent practice, including preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications (chemical, pharmaceutical and consumer products); providing patent opinions (freedom-to-operate, validity) and patent landscapes, patent due diligence, and patent competitive monitoring; negotiating and drafting patent licensing and development agreements; and litigating patent and trademark cases (pharmaceutical, chemical and medical devices). Alexandra has undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and English from Wellesley College, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Princeton and a law degree from Fordham Law School, is a member of the New York State Bar and is a registered U.S. patent attorney (Reg. No. 45,641).
